Our Goji and Pistachio Date Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pitted soaked dates
  • 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup of raw cacao powder
  • melted dark chocolate
  • goji berries
  • crushed pistachios

Preparation

  1. Add dates, coconut flakes, coconut oil, and cacao powder to high-speed blender and mix until well combined

  2. Form mixture into balls

  3. Roll half of them in crushed pistachios

  4. Dunk the other half in chocolate and roll in goji berries and enjoy ?????#threebunnies
