Apple Spiced Autumn Porridge

Ingredients

  • 60g Oats
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • grated courgette
  • scoop of coconut and coffee vegan protein

Toppings

  • caramelized apple with light syrup

Preparation

  1. Add grated courgette to the mixture of oats, turmeric powder, cinnamon, and baking powder.

  2. Microwave the mixture.

  3. Add a scoop of coconut and coffee vegan protein after microwaving.

  4. Caramelize apple with light syrup and use it to top the porridge.

  5. Note that baking powder is key for achieving the best texture in oats.
