Cajun and Honey BBQ Chicken
Ingredients
- Boneless and skinless chicken thighs
- HP honey BBQ sauce
- Cajun seasoning (JD Seasonings)
- Light syrup or honey (Sweet Freedom UK)
- Hot sauce (Frank's RedHot)
- Worcester sauce
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Mix the chicken thighs with all the marinade ingredients and let marinate for as long as possible.
Place the marinated chicken on a rack in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius until fully cooked.
Serve with homemade potato wedges and a salad.
