Ingredients
- 3 crumpets
- Stripey Jack cheese
- Bacon lardons
- Chip seasoning
Preparation
Toast the crumpets on one side
Top the crumpets with stripey Jack cheese and bacon lardons
Place under the grill until the cheese is melty and the lardons are crispy
Sprinkle with chip seasoning
