Creamy 3-Ingredient Vanilla Bean Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 4 frozen ripe bananas
- 1 vanilla bean, scraped
- 1/3 cup vanilla plant-based milk (chilled)
Preparation
Feel free to add any additional flavors for the base and top with whatever you like.
Blend these ingredients in a powerful blender or food processor.
Make sure that your bananas are yellow and spotty when you freeze them.
Only peel and don’t slice the bananas before adding to the blender to keep them bright white in color.
