Gluten-Free Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich
Ingredients
- Canyon Gluten-Free Stay Fresh bun
- 1 20 oz can jackfruit
- BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Avocado
- Coleslaw mix
Preparation
Pour the can of jackfruit onto a cutting board and shred it using a fork.
Place all of the jackfruit into a pan and cook on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add in your desired amount of BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Spread half of an avocado on half of the bun and top with the coleslaw mix and jackfruit BBQ.
