Gluten-Free Jackfruit BBQ Sandwich

Ingredients

  • Canyon Gluten-Free Stay Fresh bun
  • 1 20 oz can jackfruit
  • BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • Avocado
  • Coleslaw mix

Preparation

  1. Pour the can of jackfruit onto a cutting board and shred it using a fork.

  2. Place all of the jackfruit into a pan and cook on medium heat for about 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  3. Add in your desired amount of BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

  4. Spread half of an avocado on half of the bun and top with the coleslaw mix and jackfruit BBQ.
