Vegan Jackfruit Tacos with Bbq Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 onion
  • Can of jackfruit (565 g)
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop the onion into small chunks and shred the jackfruit into pieces.

  2. Add to a frying pan with some oil and fry everything off for a few minutes.

  3. Then add spices and BBQ sauce and stir until everything is well combined.

  4. Serve in soft taco shells and enjoy.

Suggested toppings

  1. Include spinach, pickled red onion, avocado, and vegan feta in the tacos.
