Over Night Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbs of maple syrup
  • pomegranate
  • kiwi cut into whatever shape you like
  • 1/2 cup of chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup of coconut cream
  • 1 1/2 cup of filtered water
  • 3 tbs of maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • raspberries
  • blackberries

Preparation

  1. Add first 3 ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and place in fridge overnight

  2. Once ready, add a layer of oats to a glass, add the sliced kiwi, another layer of oats and top with pomegranate

  3. For our chia pudding ?

  4. Add first 5 ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and place in fridge overnight

  5. Once ready, add a layer of pudding to a glass, a layer of raspberries, another layer of pudding and top with blackberries ✌️?❤️????#threebunnies #gloobyfood
