Over Night Oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbs of maple syrup
- pomegranate
- kiwi cut into whatever shape you like
- 1/2 cup of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of coconut cream
- 1 1/2 cup of filtered water
- 3 tbs of maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- raspberries
- blackberries
Preparation
Add first 3 ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and place in fridge overnight
Once ready, add a layer of oats to a glass, add the sliced kiwi, another layer of oats and top with pomegranate
For our chia pudding ?
Add first 5 ingredients to a bowl, stir well, and place in fridge overnight
