Simple Super Green Lentils and Kale Pasta
Ingredients

- asparagus

- Japanese sweet potato
- coconut oil
- 1 tbsp yoursuperfoods super greens
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lemon
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- pink sea salt
Preparation
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then toss in a ton of torn lacinto kale after draining.
Roast the asparagus by tossing it with avocado oil, sea salt, kelp seasoning, and black pepper, and roast on a sheet pan at 350 degrees for 16 minutes.
Prepare the Japanese sweet potato by cubing it, tossing with coconut oil, sea salt, and pepper, and roasting at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
Make the super green pesto by stirring 1 tbsp yoursuperfoods super greens with 2 tbsp olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, garlic powder, 1 tsp apple cider vinegar, and pink sea salt to taste.
Aim for a 3:1 ratio of vegetables and greens to pasta to maintain a balanced plate.
