Vegan Cuban Sliders Inspired by South Florida
Ingredients
- 12 Hawaiian Style Dinner Rolls (Whole Foods brand is Vegan)
- 8 Slices of Vegan Smoked Turkey
- 8 slices of Vegan Ham or Bologna
- 8 slices Vegan Provolone Cheese
- 4-5 Dill Pickles
- 3-4 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
- 1-2 tsp Vegan Butter
Preparation
Keep the Rolls together and slice them in half like one large roll.
Spread an even layer of Mustard on the bottom layer. I like Mustard so I applied it to both the top and bottom.
Layer the slices of Bologna, Smoked Tofurky and then the Cheese.
Top with the sliced Pickles and close the sandwiches with the top layer of Rolls.
Brush the tops with the melted butter and bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is a little melty.
