Vegan Lazy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 150g sliced mushrooms
- 1 small sliced onion
- 1 sprig thyme
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- drizzle of oil
- 1 tablespoon vegan cream cheese
- 1 serving pasta
Preparation
Mix the mushrooms, onion, thyme, paprika, and salt with a drizzle of oil and the vegan cream cheese.
Bake or air fry the mixture at 180°C/360°F for 15 minutes.
Cook one serving of pasta.
Add it to the baking dish with some pasta water.
Mix and enjoy.
