Veggie Smoothie with Protein and Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of your favourite plant-based protein powder
  • 1 cup steamed, then frozen zucchini
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 4-6 drops vanilla stevia
  • 1 tsp SpiraVeg fresh Spirulina
  • Ice cubes
  • Coconut flakes and blueberries (optional, but recommended to top)

Preparation

  1. Slice, steam and freeze your zucchini ahead of time.

  2. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender (excluding SpiraVeg fresh spirulina) then blend until smooth.

  3. Gently stir in SpiraVeg fresh spirulina and enjoy!
