Veggie Smoothie with Protein and Spirulina
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of your favourite plant-based protein powder
- 1 cup steamed, then frozen zucchini
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 4-6 drops vanilla stevia
- 1 tsp SpiraVeg fresh Spirulina
- Ice cubes
- Coconut flakes and blueberries (optional, but recommended to top)
Preparation
Slice, steam and freeze your zucchini ahead of time.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender (excluding SpiraVeg fresh spirulina) then blend until smooth.
Gently stir in SpiraVeg fresh spirulina and enjoy!
