Versatile Low-Carb Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Cut da Carb flatbread
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe's fat-free pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup Trader Joe's dairy-free almond mozzarella cheese
  • Half a sweet yellow onion
  • Fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Air fry half a sweet yellow onion at 400°F for 6 minutes with olive oil spray if desired.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and place the flatbread on the oven rack to cook for 1 minute on each side.

  3. Remove from oven, add the sauce, cheese, and cooked onion to the flatbread excluding basil, and bake for 5-8 minutes.

  4. Top with fresh basil, red pepper flakes, and Flavor God Italian Zest seasoning.

Tips

  1. Cook additional vegetables before adding to avoid sogginess due to high water content.

  2. Customize with desired toppings such as jalapeños, olives, pepperoni, onions, bell peppers, mushrooms, pineapple, or chicken.
