Cashew Cheese Sauce with Cauliflower Gnocchi
Ingredients
- 2 cups cashews
- 1.5 cups water
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
- 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
- cauliflower gnocchi (store-bought)
Preparation
Soak cashews in water until soft
Rinse cashews
Combine cashews in a blender with water, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, sea salt, and nutritional yeast
Blend on high until smooth
Add more water to adjust consistency if needed
Reheat gnocchi in a skillet
