Cashew Cheese Sauce with Cauliflower Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cashews
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 cup nutritional yeast
  • cauliflower gnocchi (store-bought)

Preparation

  1. Soak cashews in water until soft

  2. Rinse cashews

  3. Combine cashews in a blender with water, onion powder, chili powder, paprika, sea salt, and nutritional yeast

  4. Blend on high until smooth

  5. Add more water to adjust consistency if needed

  6. Reheat gnocchi in a skillet
