Pumpkin Caramel Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped cup chocolate of choice
  • 1/2 cup condensed coconut milk
  • 1 heaped tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 heaped tablespoon unicornsuperfoods caramel slice protein powder

Optional additions

  • mini biscuits

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and spread it into molds, then allow it to set in the fridge.

  2. Pour the condensed coconut milk into an oven-safe jug and microwave in short bursts until bubbly and thickened to a caramel texture.

  3. Add the pumpkin puree and protein powder, then combine.

  4. Pour the mixture into the chocolate molds and set in the fridge for a couple of hours.

  5. Top with melted chocolate and, once set, add optional mini biscuits.
