Pumpkin Caramel Protein Bites
Ingredients
- 1 heaped cup chocolate of choice
- 1/2 cup condensed coconut milk
- 1 heaped tablespoon pumpkin puree
- 1 heaped tablespoon unicornsuperfoods caramel slice protein powder
Optional additions
- mini biscuits
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and spread it into molds, then allow it to set in the fridge.
Pour the condensed coconut milk into an oven-safe jug and microwave in short bursts until bubbly and thickened to a caramel texture.
Add the pumpkin puree and protein powder, then combine.
Pour the mixture into the chocolate molds and set in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Top with melted chocolate and, once set, add optional mini biscuits.
