Vegan Mango Dragonfruit Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups vegan whipping cream
- 1 can vegan condensed milk
- 2 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Pink Pitaya powder
- 1/2 cup mango puree
Preparation
Whisk vegan whipping cream with a hand mixer until fluffy and thick.
Slowly add vegan condensed milk and whisk for about 3 minutes.
Divide this mixture into 2 parts.
Add pink pitaya powder to one part of the ice cream.
Add mango puree to the other half of the mixture.
Prepare a loaf pan and pour the ice cream in.
For a nice pattern, pour the pink layer and then the yellow layer, and so on until the mixture is used up.
Put the ice cream into the freezer for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
