Vegan Mango Dragonfruit Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vegan whipping cream
  • 1 can vegan condensed milk
  • 2 tsp @unicornsuperfoods Pink Pitaya powder
  • 1/2 cup mango puree

Preparation

  1. Whisk vegan whipping cream with a hand mixer until fluffy and thick.

  2. Slowly add vegan condensed milk and whisk for about 3 minutes.

  3. Divide this mixture into 2 parts.

  4. Add pink pitaya powder to one part of the ice cream.

  5. Add mango puree to the other half of the mixture.

  6. Prepare a loaf pan and pour the ice cream in.

  7. For a nice pattern, pour the pink layer and then the yellow layer, and so on until the mixture is used up.

  8. Put the ice cream into the freezer for at least 2-4 hours before serving.
