Zucchini Lemon Yogurt One-Pot Pasta
Ingredients
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 2 zucchinis
- zest of one lemon
- 230g quick-cooking pasta (4-minute noodles)
- 1 teaspoon bouillon powder
- 500g water
- basil
- juice of one lemon
- 200g vegetable yogurt
Preparation
In a pan, brown 3 minced garlic cloves with 2 zucchinis and the zest of a lemon.
Then add 230g quick-cooking pasta, 1 teaspoon of bouillon powder, and 500g of water.
Cover and let cook, stirring occasionally.
When the pasta is cooked, add basil, lemon juice, and 200g of vegetable yogurt.
Mix, salt, pepper, and enjoy.
