Blueberry Matcha Iced Latte

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Allow some frozen blueberries to thaw in a bowl or heat up to thaw.

  2. Add maple syrup and stir well.

  3. Sift your matcha into a matcha bowl and pour your hot water in.

  4. Whisk to combine by flicking your wrist back and forth in a “W” motion to remove clumps.

  5. Pour your blueberries in first, then layer your ice on top.

  6. Pour in your milk.

  7. Then pour in your matcha on top.

  8. Give a gentle mix and enjoy.
