Blueberry Matcha Iced Latte
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries, thawed
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened soy milk
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 1/3 cup boiling water
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Allow some frozen blueberries to thaw in a bowl or heat up to thaw.
Add maple syrup and stir well.
Sift your matcha into a matcha bowl and pour your hot water in.
Whisk to combine by flicking your wrist back and forth in a “W” motion to remove clumps.
Pour your blueberries in first, then layer your ice on top.
Pour in your milk.
Then pour in your matcha on top.
Give a gentle mix and enjoy.
