Iced Matcha Strawberry Latte
Ingredients
- 150 g strawberries
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup
- Ice cubes
- 100 ml plant-based drink (e.g., oat or coconut)
- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 100 ml hot water
Preparation
Puree the strawberries.
Sweeten the puree with the honey or agave syrup.
Add ice cubes to the glass.
Pour in the plant-based drink.
Whisk the matcha powder with hot water to create foam.
Carefully pour the matcha mixture on top to achieve a layered look.
Stir well and enjoy.
