Garlic Caprese Grilled Cheese
Ingredients
- 4 slices of sourdough
- @toom garlic dip
- 1 slicing tomato
- 1/4 cup pesto
- 1/2 cup mozzarella
- Fresh basil
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Spread @toom’s garlic dip on two slices of bread.
On one piece of bread, add 2 tablespoons pesto, a slice or two of tomato, and 1/4 cup mozzarella.
Layer the other piece on top with the garlic dip side facing out.
Add a little oil to the skillet then add the grilled cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Tips
While it cooks, snack on the garlic dip and wait.
Serve and enjoy.
