Ingredients

  • 2 small avocados
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 2 slices sourdough toast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • Pine nuts
  • Chopped fresh basil
  • Salt flakes and cayenne pepper

Preparation

  1. Toast the sourdough bread slices.

  2. In a blender or food processor, pulse the avocados with lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
