Ultra Creamy Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 2 small avocados
- Juice of one lemon
- 2 slices sourdough toast
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- Pine nuts
- Chopped fresh basil
- Salt flakes and cayenne pepper
Preparation
Toast the sourdough bread slices.
In a blender or food processor, pulse the avocados with lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread.
Drizzle each toast with 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Sprinkle with pine nuts, chopped fresh basil, salt flakes, and cayenne pepper.
