Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml gluten free oats (if you don’t need gluten free then you can use regular oats)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter (i used smooth but it works with crunchy too if you dig that!)
- 2 tbsp melted dark chocolate
Preparation
Put oven on 200C/390F
Mash the banana with a fork in a bowl
Add oats and peanut butter and stir into a batter
Line a baking tray with parchment paper
Divide the batter in 4 on your tray and shape into round cookies, ca 1.5 cm thick
Bake until golden brown in the middle of the oven, ca 25 mins
Let cool for a few minutes and then drizzle the melted chocolate on top. These cookies are best enjoyed fresh ?
