Homemade Bounty Chocolate Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 225 g / 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
  • 250 g / 9 oz dark chocolate drops
  • 1/4 cup / 60 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup / 100 g coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, and coconut yogurt to form a cohesive mixture

  2. Shape the mixture into bars and chill or freeze until firm

  3. Melt the dark chocolate drops using a preferred method, such as a double boiler or microwave

  4. Dip the chilled coconut bars into the melted chocolate to coat evenly

  5. Allow the coated bars to set, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator
