Homemade Bounty Chocolate Coconut Bars
Ingredients
- 225 g / 2 1/2 cups shredded coconut, unsweetened
- 250 g / 9 oz dark chocolate drops
- 1/4 cup / 60 ml coconut milk
- 1/2 cup / 100 g coconut yogurt
Preparation
Mix shredded coconut, coconut milk, and coconut yogurt to form a cohesive mixture
Shape the mixture into bars and chill or freeze until firm
Melt the dark chocolate drops using a preferred method, such as a double boiler or microwave
Dip the chilled coconut bars into the melted chocolate to coat evenly
Allow the coated bars to set, either at room temperature or in the refrigerator
