Banana and Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 fresh very ripe bananas
  • 1 large handful spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds (for omega 3)
  • 1 tsp spirulina (detoxing effect)
  • 1/3-1/2 cup water
  • Optional: 1tbsp pea protein powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
