Chicken Supreme with Creamy Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 or 3 chicken breasts
  • 4 bacon
  • 1 small onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 200ml chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard
  • 1/2 beef oxo cube
  • 100ml double cream

Preparation

  1. Brown the bacon, onions, garlic and chicken in the pot

  2. Add the chicken stock and bring to the boil

  3. Stir in the cream and mustards

  4. Sprinkle in the oxo cube and stir to thicken the sauce
