Creamy Bacon Loaded Fries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 can coconut milk
  • vegan bacon
  • 1/2 onion
  • fresh parsley
  • garlic
  • nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp miso paste
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Fry onion, parsley and bacon in some stock or water for 5 minutes

  2. Add all other ingredients and stir through well

  3. Pop lid on and turn down low. Let it sit for 15 minutes to let the flavours infuse

  4. Serve on top of sweet potato fries and with some leafy greens
