Golden Chia Pudding Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 tsp immunity blend
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 TBS maple syrup
  • 5 TBS chia seeds

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, add milk, immunity blend, turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, and maple syrup.

  2. Bring to a quick boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Sieve into a bowl and add chia seeds. Mix well.

  3. Pour into two separate jars and refrigerate overnight.

  4. Top as desired in the morning.
