Superseed Spinach and Artichoke Pizza

Ingredients

White sauce

  • 1 can white beans
  • 12 oz cashews
  • 3/4 cup Ripple Original Pea Milk
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Toppings

  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella
  • jar or can of artichoke hearts, drained
  • 2 Superseed Life naked pizza crusts

Preparation

  1. Par bake the crusts at 400 degrees for 5 minutes

  2. Blend all sauce ingredients in a high power blender

  3. Generously spread the sauce over both crusts

  4. Top with artichoke hearts, spinach, and remaining cashews

  5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
