Superseed Spinach and Artichoke Pizza
Ingredients
White sauce
- 1 can white beans
- 12 oz cashews
- 3/4 cup Ripple Original Pea Milk
- 1 clove garlic
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Toppings
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella
- jar or can of artichoke hearts, drained
- 2 Superseed Life naked pizza crusts
Preparation
Par bake the crusts at 400 degrees for 5 minutes
Blend all sauce ingredients in a high power blender
Generously spread the sauce over both crusts
Top with artichoke hearts, spinach, and remaining cashews
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
