Easy Homemade Beet Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1 large or 2 small cooked beets
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup raw tahini
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a food processor or high speed blender and process until creamy and smooth.
Serve with raw veggies, crackers or pita bread.
For a nut and seed free version, substitute tahini with extra virgin olive oil.
