The Perfect Chocolate Zucchini Brownies
Ingredients
Brownies
- 1 cup organic almond butter (I used @foodtonourish)
- 1 scoop choc protein powder (make sure it's FODMAP friendly)
- 1 1/2 cups zucchini
- 1 flax egg
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 squirts stevia
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
Glaze
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
Preparation
Combine all brownie ingredients in a food processor until almost smooth.
Grease your pan with coconut oil.
Pour batter into the pan.
Bake at 350°C for half an hour.
Combine all glaze ingredients until smooth and set aside.
Once brownies are done baking, apply the glaze and refrigerate until it hardens.
