Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 packet @idealraw PB Choc. Protein
  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper

  2. Combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, protein powder, and sugar in a large bowl

  3. In a smaller bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil, peanut butter, and non-dairy milk until creamy

  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until smooth

  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the top is smooth and a toothpick inserted comes out clean
