Vegan Quinoa Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 cup quinoa (soaked overnight)
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp dried herbs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Drain the water in the quinoa and blend with all ingredients until a smooth dough forms
Grease the pan with olive oil and bake for 15-20min at 425F
Then add your favorite toppings and bake again for a few minutes
The first picture I used tomato sauce, homemade vegan pesto (my favorite), onions, mushrooms (cook them a bit before baking) and cherry tomatoes
The second pizza I used tomato sauce, vegan cheeses and vegan sausage with palm hearts and fresh basil
