Cinnamon Roll Protein Bites

Ingredients

  • @Mooala_Koala Cinnamon Roll Keto Mylk
  • 2/3 cup drippy cashew butter
  • 1/2 cup vanilla pea protein powder
  • 4 tbsp granulated sugar of choice
  • 1 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 3 oz cream cheese

Preparation

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, mix together 3 tbsp of sugar and 2 tbsp of Keto Mylk. Add drippy cashew butter and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth. Finally, mix in pea protein powder and coconut flour.

  2. Line a bread pan with parchment paper. Spread half of the cashew butter mixture evenly across the bottom. In a small bowl, mix together 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and approximately 1 tsp of Keto Mylk. Spread this cinnamon sugar mixture over the bottom layer. Flatten the remaining cashew butter mixture in your hand and add it on top of the cinnamon sugar layer until you have a full top layer.

  3. Cut the mixture into 12 bars. Use an electric mixer to whip together cream cheese and 2 tbsp of Keto Mylk. Use a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner cut off to add the cream cheese frosting to each bar.
