Easy Spirulina Smoothie with Bananas and Spinach

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 frozen mango cubes
  • 2 dates
  • some plant-based milk
  • a handful of fresh or frozen spinach
  • 1 small teaspoon of Spirulina powder
  • a little vanilla essence
  • 2 tsp of chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender.

  2. Blend until you get the desired consistency.
