Easy Spirulina Smoothie with Bananas and Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 frozen mango cubes
- 2 dates
- some plant-based milk
- a handful of fresh or frozen spinach
- 1 small teaspoon of Spirulina powder
- a little vanilla essence
- 2 tsp of chia seeds
Preparation
Add all ingredients to the blender.
Blend until you get the desired consistency.
