Easy Vegan Banana Nice Cream

Ingredients

  • 3 frozen bananas

Optional add-ins

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • Splash of orange or pineapple juice
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

Preparation

  1. Get some ripe bananas and ensure they are frozen after chopping into chunks for at least 2 hours.

  2. Let the frozen bananas thaw for about 5 minutes.

  3. Blend the bananas in a high-powered blender or food processor, adding a splash of milk if needed to facilitate blending.

  4. Add any desired flavors or sweeteners and scrape the sides until a smooth, soft-serve consistency is achieved.

  5. Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture or spoon into a dish and freeze for 30 minutes for a firmer texture before serving.
