Strawberry Açaí Nice Cream
Ingredients
- 3 frozen bananas, broken into pieces before freezing
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp Yoursuperfoods Forever Beautiful mix
- 1/4 tsp Terrasoul vanilla bean powder (optional)
- Splash of coconut water or coconut milk (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender such as a Vitamix A3500.
Top with your favorite toppings; for example, fresh strawberries, chia pudding, and coconut chips.
