Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 cups frozen tropical mix (mango, pineapple, strawberry)
  • 1/2 cup favorite nut milk
  • 2 frozen ripe bananas
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein (optional)

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.

  2. Adjust the amount of nut milk based on your blender; use less if you have a Vitamix.

  3. Let the mixture sit in the freezer for an hour to achieve the desired consistency.
