Strawberry Vanilla Smoothie Bowls
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 cups frozen tropical mix (mango, pineapple, strawberry)
- 1/2 cup favorite nut milk
- 2 frozen ripe bananas
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein (optional)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
Adjust the amount of nut milk based on your blender; use less if you have a Vitamix.
Let the mixture sit in the freezer for an hour to achieve the desired consistency.
