Creamy Cheesy Pasta with Potato Sauce
Ingredients

- oat milk
- vegan cream cheese
- nutritional yeast

- sea salt

- organic kalettes
- rose harissa pesto
- gluten-free pasta shells
Preparation
Boil the potatoes until soft.
Sauté the garlic and onions until fragrant.
Blend the boiled potatoes, sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herbs, spice blends, sea salt, and pepper to make the sauce.
Cook the gluten-free pasta shells according to package instructions.
Add the organic kalettes to the pasta or sauce mixture.
Top with rose harissa pesto before serving.
