Creamy Vegan Cheesy Pasta

Ingredients

  • Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Onions
  • Oat milk
  • Vegan cream cheese
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Herb and spice blends
  • Sea salt
  • Pepper
  • Kalettes
  • Rose harissa pesto
  • Gluten-free pasta shells

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes until tender.

  2. Sauté garlic and onions in a pan.

  3. Blend together the boiled potatoes, sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herb and spice blends, sea salt, and pepper until smooth.

  4. Cook gluten-free pasta shells according to package instructions.

  5. Cook kalettes until tender.

  6. Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta and stir in the kalettes.

  7. Top with rose harissa pesto.
