Creamy Vegan Cheesy Pasta
Ingredients
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Onions
- Oat milk
- Vegan cream cheese
- Nutritional yeast
- Herb and spice blends
- Sea salt
- Pepper
- Kalettes
- Rose harissa pesto
- Gluten-free pasta shells
Preparation
Boil potatoes until tender.
Sauté garlic and onions in a pan.
Blend together the boiled potatoes, sautéed garlic and onions, oat milk, vegan cream cheese, nutritional yeast, herb and spice blends, sea salt, and pepper until smooth.
Cook gluten-free pasta shells according to package instructions.
Cook kalettes until tender.
Combine the sauce with the cooked pasta and stir in the kalettes.
Top with rose harissa pesto.
