Fattoush Salad with Fresh Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 2 cups lettuce
  • handful of chopped fresh mint
  • handful of fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • green onions
  • cucumber
  • yellow peppers

Dressing

  • sumac
  • sea salt
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olives

Preparation

  1. Wash and chop the vegetables

  2. Mix the dressing ingredients together

  3. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss with the dressing
