Vegan No Bake Sweet Apple Tea Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 100 g almonds
- 100 g dates
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
- blend all ingredients until sticky (not too long!) and put it on the bottom of a springform pan (22cm).
- filling:
- 300 g almonds
- 3 bags apple tea
- 200 g coconut milk (creamy)
- 100 ml almond milk
- 100 g maple syrup
- 40 g coconut oil
Preparation
Put the almonds into hot water, add two bags of tea and remove them after 1/2 hour. Let sit the almonds over night into the tea, than remove the liquid from the almonds
Melt the coconut, add one tea bag. Remove after one hour. Blend all ingredients with an high-speed blender until very creamy and smooth. Add the filling to the base. Freeze for at least 3-4 hours or over night
Before serving add some toppings (like fresh fruits or nuts) of your choice on top of the cake
Store leftovers in the freezer
