Avocado Strawberry Chocolate Toast

- wholegrain toast
- avocado
- strawberries
- dark chocolate
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Toast the wholegrain bread.
Mash the avocado and spread it on the toast.
Slice the strawberries and arrange them on top.
Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the toast.
Sprinkle with hemp hearts.
