Easy Vegan Vegetable Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

  • Flatbread
  • Mushrooms
  • Spinach
  • Sweet potato
  • Zucchini
  • Sun-dried tomatoes
  • Chickpeas
  • Vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F or use a grill if preferred.

  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or directly on a grill.

  3. Add mushrooms, spinach, sweet potato, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, and vegan cheese on top of the flatbread.

  4. Bake or grill until the cheese melts and the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and serve immediately.
