Easy Vegan Vegetable Flatbread Pizza
Ingredients
- Flatbread
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Sweet potato
- Zucchini
- Sun-dried tomatoes
- Chickpeas
- Vegan cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F or use a grill if preferred.
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet or directly on a grill.
Add mushrooms, spinach, sweet potato, zucchini, sun-dried tomatoes, chickpeas, and vegan cheese on top of the flatbread.
Bake or grill until the cheese melts and the vegetables are tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
