Ingredients
- BFree quinoa and chia seed wraps
- Avocado
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
- Vegan cheese
Preparation
Sauté garlic, spinach, and mushrooms until softened.
Smash the avocado to prepare the filling.
Assemble the quesadilla by placing the sautéed vegetables, fresh spinach, smashed avocado, and vegan cheese inside a quinoa wrap.
