Vegan Hummus and Mushroom Toast

Ingredients

  • Bread
  • Hummus
  • Spinach
  • Mushrooms
  • Garlic

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden.

  2. Steam the spinach until wilted and tender.

  3. Fry the mushrooms with garlic until cooked and fragrant.

  4. Spread a thick layer of hummus on the toasted bread.

  5. Top with the steamed spinach and fried mushrooms.
