Vegan Hummus and Mushroom Toast
Ingredients
- Bread
- Hummus
- Spinach
- Mushrooms
- Garlic
Preparation
Toast the bread slices until golden.
Steam the spinach until wilted and tender.
Fry the mushrooms with garlic until cooked and fragrant.
Spread a thick layer of hummus on the toasted bread.
Top with the steamed spinach and fried mushrooms.
