Quick and Easy Vegan Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • BFree quinoa & chia seed wraps
  • smashed avocado
  • sautéed garlicky spinach and mushrooms
  • fresh spinach
  • vegan cheese

Preparation

  1. Sauté garlic, spinach, and mushrooms until tender.

  2. Mash the avocado.

  3. Assemble the quesadillas by adding the fillings to the quinoa and chia seed wraps.

  4. Cook the quesadillas in a skillet over medium heat until the cheese melts and the wraps are golden and crispy.
