Harissa-Infused Beet Soup
Ingredients
- 300g beets
- 100g potato
- 100g sweet potato
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 1 teaspoon Harissa African Style
- 60g cream cheese
Preparation
Chop the vegetables finely and sweat in a pot.
Add the spice mixture and toss the vegetables in it.
Pour in the vegetable broth and cook briefly until the vegetables are soft.
Add the cream cheese and puree with an immersion blender.
