20-Minute High-Protein Vegan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 170g wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs
  • 180g soya yoghurt
  • 30g unflavoured vegan protein powder

Toppings

  • tomato sauce
  • red onion
  • garlic
  • bacon lardons
  • olives
  • sweetcorn
  • tomato
  • Applewood cheese

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 220ºC

  2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl

  3. Once you have a dough roll out on a floured surface into a disk

  4. Place on a nonstick tray and bake for 15 minutes

  5. Add your toppings and pop back in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted
