20-Minute High-Protein Vegan Pizza
Ingredients
- 170g wholemeal flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp mixed herbs
- 180g soya yoghurt
- 30g unflavoured vegan protein powder
Toppings
- tomato sauce
- red onion
- garlic
- bacon lardons
- olives
- sweetcorn
- tomato
- Applewood cheese
Preparation
Preheat oven to 220ºC
Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl
Once you have a dough roll out on a floured surface into a disk
Place on a nonstick tray and bake for 15 minutes
Add your toppings and pop back in the oven for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted
