Air-Fried Butternut Squash Cups
Ingredients
- 4 whole butternut squash
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Preparation
Cut the neck off the butternut squash, peel the bulb, cut in half, and scoop out the seeds.
Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands.
Place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
