Air-Fried Butternut Squash Cups

Ingredients

  • 4 whole butternut squash
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

  1. Cut the neck off the butternut squash, peel the bulb, cut in half, and scoop out the seeds.

  2. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with hands.

  3. Place in air fryer at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
