Maple Glazed Roasted Carrots and Parsnips
Ingredients
- 5/6 big carrots
- 5/6 big parsnips
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Cut the parsnips and carrots in half lengthways.
Mix the oil and syrup together and pour on top.
Spread on a baking tray in one even layer and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Roast for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
